Refined Memorial Video — Terms of Service

These terms govern the paid “Refined Edition” pet memorial video service offered through this website. They are separate from the SoulBridge app terms. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and SoulBridge regarding the paid pet memorial video production service (the “Service”) available on this website. They apply only to this Service and are independent of the SoulBridge mobile application terms.
2. The Service
The Service produces a custom digital memorial video of your pet from the photos, message and story you submit. Each video is individually crafted by our team. Output style, length and music are at our reasonable creative discretion based on the materials and information you provide.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are placing the order for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Orders and Pricing
The Service is offered as a single one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in your local or default currency where available, and applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you pay. An order is created when you submit the form and is confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Payment and Reseller
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for this Service. Paddle handles the transaction, billing and tax collection. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms presented at checkout.
6. Delivery
The finished video is delivered digitally to the email address you provide, typically within 2–5 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with volume or the complexity of your materials. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam folder.
7. Your Content and License
You retain ownership of the photos, message and story you upload (“Your Content”). You confirm that you own or have permission to use Your Content. You grant us a limited, revocable license to store and use Your Content solely to produce and deliver your video and to provide support. We will not use Your Content for public promotion unless you separately opt in.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not upload, request, or attempt to create content that: (a) is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, or is not yours to submit; (b) is adult, sexual, NSFW, or pornographic in any form; (c) is sexually suggestive, exploitative, or harmful, including any content involving minors; or (d) uses face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation techniques. This prohibition applies to both the materials you submit and the videos generated through the Service. Every order is reviewed and moderated. We may decline or cancel any order that violates this policy or that cannot reasonably be used to produce a pet memorial video (with a refund where appropriate).
9. Finished Video
On delivery, you may use the finished video for personal, non-commercial remembrance. Underlying templates, software, and any licensed music remain the property of their respective owners. We will only showcase your finished video publicly if you have given explicit consent.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Because each video is a custom digital product, refund eligibility is described in our separate Refund Policy. In general, a full refund is available before production begins; after a video has been delivered, refunds are handled case-by-case as set out in the Refund Policy.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. While we work carefully to create a meaningful tribute, results are creative in nature and we do not guarantee a specific artistic outcome. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data for this Service is described in the Refined Memorial Video Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
15. Governing Terms
These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law in your place of residence where mandatory, and otherwise under the laws applicable to SoulBridge. Mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
