Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SoulBridge: Pet Rainbow Bridge.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SoulBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
SoulBridge is an AI-powered pet memorial application that creates personalized letters, postcards, and interactive experiences to help users maintain an emotional connection with their deceased pets. The AI-generated content is meant to provide comfort and should not be considered as actual communication from your pet.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use SoulBridge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
SoulBridge offers free and paid subscription plans, as well as consumable in-app purchases (Rainbow Energy). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide, including pet photos, letters, and memories. By using SoulBridge, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not use your personal content for marketing or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. AI-Generated Content
Letters, postcards, and other content generated by our AI are created for emotional comfort and healing purposes. While we strive to make the content respectful and appropriate, we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content will perfectly match your expectations. The AI content does not represent actual thoughts or communications from your pet.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service to harass or harm others
- Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SoulBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific expectations. SoulBridge is not a substitute for professional grief counseling or mental health services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulBridge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app. Your continued use of SoulBridge after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
